At Barcena Law Offices, we have substantial experience with all types of family law and civil cases in California.  Attorney Noreen Barcena has experience as a law clerk at the Superior Court of Los Angeles and spent the first two years of her practice handling civil and employment matters as a contracted attorney for several law firms.  Now, Attorney Barcena serves as a volunteer Daily Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court to help settle family law matters.
